Installation 

Correct 

Install the control unit in direction making opal housing up-side.

Refer to below picture of CORRECT installation. 

Incorrect 

Do NOT install the control unit in a place extremely darker in daytime, or a place affected directly by lighting of tun-ON lamp. 

Refer to below picture of WRONG installation.

Wiring Connection 

When using mercury or fluorescent lamps, connect the control unit to the primary side of the regulator. 

For safety, connect the Red wire first. 

For incandescent lamps, connect the black and white wires (common) to the power source and the red and white wires to the lamp load.

CAUTION 

The control unit may be damaged due to improper connection. When installed during the day, the device may start up first and then automatically Turn OFF within 3 minutes. This is normal operation.
